Clarify operation procedure/time and share shop floor information with the ANDON, POKA-YOKE, and screw-tightening support systems to prevent defective production due to operational mistakes and reduce downtime. Also detect operational mistakes and monitor all equipment with the KOTSUMON system to enhance productivity.

Information obtained from the shop floor is displayed on the ANDON monitor via GOT2000, allowing site workers, the site manager, and the maintenance personnel at the office to share the information.

Digital Picking prevents human errors and supports assembling/screw-tightening operations to improve quality and productivity.
